Why are my orders shipped in different packages?

Some of our products are made to order "on demand" and shipped directly from our production/ printing facilities both domestically and internationally. This ensures efficient and timely delivery, even if items are sourced from various locations. If an item is on backorder, it may be shipped separately to avoid delaying the rest of your order.

Jewelry and original artwork are shipped directly from my studio in NH with separate tracking information.

How long does my order take to arrives

-Order Processing: 3-5 business days
-Domestic Delivery:7-10 business days post-processing
-International Delivery, (Handbags,): up to 15 business days post-processing

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We offer exchanges for items that have printing errors or are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 30 days for assistance. Jewelry items can be returned within the 30-day window. All original artwork is non-refundable.

Why is this product a shade darker than what I saw online?

Lighting conditions on different devices can affect how colors appear. Rest assured, we stand behind our product quality and craftsmanship. Please contact us with any concerns.

What happens when I place my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, your order will be forwarded to my printing partners in the USA or internationally. The production phase typically takes between 1 to 7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information to update you on the delivery progress.

Is Encaustic Art Durable? Will it last?

One of the greatest perks of wax painting is its remarkable durability. Encaustic art is resistant to moisture, and thereby, less prone to cracking or fading over time, allowing it to maintain its brilliance for centuries. Its longevity is one reason why ancient encaustic artworks have endured through the ages.
