Thank you so much for supporting my small art business. Every item is created or selected with love, but I understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. My return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent — because your trust and satisfaction matter deeply to me.
🕒 1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
🖼️ 2. Original Artwork
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original encaustic paintings, all original artwork is final sale and non-refundable.
💍 3. Jewelry
Jewelry may be returned within the 30-day window if it’s in original condition and packaging.
🖨️ 4. Made-to-Order Items
Print-on-demand items are eligible for exchange if they arrive with a printing error, damage, or defect.
Please contact me within 30 days of delivery for support.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
