Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All original artwork is final sale and non-refundable.

Jewelry may be returned within the 30-day window if it’s in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email alisastruecolors@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
📦 5. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
