To ensure faster delivery, some products are made-to-order and shipped directly from my trusted printing and production partners — both in the U.S. and internationally.
That means your items may come in separate packages depending on their source.
- Jewelry & original artwork ship directly from my New Hampshire studio with their own tracking numbers.
- Made-to-order items like bags, and home goods may ship from different locations and sometimes separately if on backorder.
⏱ How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Domestic delivery: 7–10 business days after processing
- International delivery (select items): Up to 15 business days after processing
🔄 What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- ✅ Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or misprinted items
- ✅ Jewelry can be returned within the 30-day window
- ❌ Original artwork is final sale due to its unique nature

🎨 Why does the color look slightly different than online?
Due to variations in lighting and device screens, colors may appear slightly different in person.
I take great care to ensure accuracy and quality — but if something feels off, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m happy to help.
📦 What happens after I place my order?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- Your item is sent to production — either in my studio or through my trusted partners.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Absolutely!
Encaustic art is incredibly long-lasting and moisture-resistant — it’s one of the oldest art forms still intact today.
With proper care, your piece will remain vibrant and beautiful for generations.
