Why are my orders shipped in different packages?

Your orders are shipped in different packages because my inventory is stored in multiple locations, both domestically and internationally. This allows me to fulfill your orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery, even if items need to be sourced from different places. Additionally, if an item is currently on backorder and in high demand, I may choose to send it separately to prevent any delays in fulfilling the rest of your order. This approach helps me get your items to you as soon as possible and prioritize your satisfaction. I appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the best service possible.

How long does my order take to arrive?Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, delivery within the United States usually takes approximately 7-10 business days. However, for footwear, handbags, and wallets, which are shipped internationally, the delivery duration may extend up to 15 business days. 

What is your return policy?

My return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. It's important to note that I do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Why is this product a shade darker than what I saw online? 

Lighting conditions on different devices may make these products seem brighter.

What happens if I order the wrong size of footwear?

I am pleased to provide customers with a one-time exchange option for the correct size after I receive the returned item. Once your return is processed, you can conveniently request a size exchange without extra charges.

What happens when I place my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, your order will be forwarded to my printing partners in the USA or international. The production phase typically takes between 1 to 7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information to update you on the delivery progress.
