I truly want you to love what you receive. Each item is created or selected with great care, but I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find my return policy, designed to keep things easy, fair, and transparent.

1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Jewelry
Jewelry items may be returned within the 30-day window. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
3. Original Artwork
All original artwork is final sale and non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email alisastruecolors@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
5. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
