Jewelry items can be returned within the 30-day window if they are in original, unused condition.

4. Artwork
All original artwork is final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

5. Return Process

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

7. Refunds

Shipping Details

Please allow 7-10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is made, packaged, and shipped from our print partner.  The estimated Standard Shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

Product Care

To maintain cleanliness, use warm water with dish soap to clean off any dirt spots. It’s not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard-to-clean areas, use a soft-bristled brush.
