Why are my orders shipped in different packages?

Some of our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production and printing partners, both domestically and internationally. This ensures efficient delivery, even if items are sourced from different locations. If an item is on backorder, it may ship separately to avoid delaying the rest of your order.

Jewelry and original artwork are shipped directly from my studio in New Hampshire with separate tracking information.

How long does my order take to arrive?

• Order Processing: 3–5 business days
• Domestic Delivery: 7–10 business days after processing
• International Delivery (for items such as handbags, suitcase covers, makeup bags, kimonos): Up to 15 business days after processing

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We offer exchanges for items with printing errors or that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Jewelry items can also be returned within the 30-day window.

Please note that all original artwork is non-refundable.

Why is this product a shade darker than what I saw online?

Lighting and display settings on different devices can slightly affect how colors appear. Rest assured, I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order is then sent to my printing partners in the USA or internationally for production, which typically takes 1 to 7 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Is encaustic art durable? Will it last?

Yes! Encaustic art is known for its remarkable durability. It’s resistant to moisture and less prone to cracking or fading over time. This is one reason why ancient encaustic artworks have lasted for centuries — and why your piece will remain vibrant for years to come.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order products (such as print-on-demand items) are eligible for exchange if they arrive with a printing error, damage, or defect. Please notify me within 30 days of delivery.

3. Jewelry

Jewelry items may be returned within the 30-day window. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

4. Original Artwork

Due to the nature and uniqueness of original pieces, all original artwork is final sale and non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email alisastruecolors@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Free Ground Shipping

All our product prices already include shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Enjoy the convenience of Ground Shipping and tracking numbers on your order without needing a promo code.

After placing your order, please allow us approximately 3-5 business days to process your order. For deliveries within the United States, your package should arrive within 7-10 business days after the processing period. However, please note that Suitcase Covers, Makeup Bags, Kimomos and Handbags may take up to 15 business days for delivery.
