✨ Made-to-order items like bags and home goods may ship from different locations, and sometimes separately if on backorder.

• Domestic delivery: 7–10 business days after processing
• International delivery (select items): Up to 15 business days after processing

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

🎨 Why does the color look slightly different than online?

Due to variations in lighting and device screens, colors may appear slightly different in person.
I take great care to ensure accuracy and quality — but if something feels off, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help.

2️⃣ Your item is sent to production — either in my studio or through my trusted partners.

Encaustic art is one of the most durable and moisture-resistant art forms in history — many ancient encaustic works still exist today.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original encaustic paintings, all original artwork is final sale and non-refundable.

Jewelry may be returned within the 30-day window if it’s in original condition and packaging.

Print-on-demand items are eligible for exchange if they arrive with a printing error, damage, or defect.
