Most items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Jewelry items can be returned within the 30-day window if they are in original, unused condition.

4. Artwork
All original artwork is final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

5. Return Process

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

All returned jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging.

Care Instructions

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
